This malt is specifically crafted for all-malt whiskey production, offering a balanced yet complex flavor profile with notes of honey and lightly toasted bread. Odyssey Whiskey Malt is the only Non-Glycosidic Nitrile (Non-GN) AMBA-approved malt variety in the U.S., ensuring low levels of Ethyl Carbamate (EC) in your final spirit. With its high diastatic power (100 Lintner) and excellent fermentability, this malt lays the foundation for a clean, rich, and full-bodied single malt whiskey. With an OG of 1.074 and a target ABV of 8.1%, this kit is designed to produce 5 gallons of wash, ready for distillation into a premium-quality single malt whiskey.

Fermented with Still Spirits Distiller’s Range Whiskey Yeast (included) for optimal fermentation, this wash develops a smooth yet bold whiskey character, ideal for aging. Still Spirits Turbo Clear is also included to ensure a clean and refined wash before distillation.
